We’re looking for a Web Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design drives business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for designing and refining website and landing pages — focusing on content‑led design, clear user flows, and interfaces that convert visitors into active users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with marketers, product teams, and writers to build digital experiences that are not just beautiful, but effective.

• Design and maintain marketing websites and landing pages for CASABOT.
• Create content‑first, conversion‑optimized designs that guide users toward sign‑ups, demos, or other key actions.
• Translate brand and product messaging into cohesive visual experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, content, and development teams to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve design performance and usability.
• Maintain consistency across visual language, typography, and component systems.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web design, preferably for tech or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion‑focused and content‑led designs.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and design systems.
• Understanding of the workings of Hubspot
• Experience collaborating with marketers, content strategists, and developers.
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret performance data and A/B test results.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech startup ecosystems.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy.
• Comfort designing for landing pages, email templates, and marketing campaigns and other marketing collaterals

• A balance of aesthetic sensibility and strategic thinking around user behaviour and motivations.
• Curiosity to learn how design impacts evolving user behaviour and growth.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Empathy for users — and an instinct for what drives them to act.
