We are looking for a seasoned Technical Operations Manager to lead and optimize IT infrastructure and 24×7 NOC operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving IT strategy, and managing high-performing teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable services.

As the Technical Ops Manager, you will oversee mission-critical IT infrastructure operations, including servers, storage, networking, security, and cloud environments. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining uptime, enforcing ITIL best practices, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. This is a strategic leadership role that combines technical depth with operational oversight, offering an opportunity to shape IT governance and risk management for a leading technology services provider in Dubai.

• Manage 24×7 IT infrastructure and NOC operations to ensure high availability and performance
• Implement ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management
• Monitor and report on SLA compliance, KPIs, and operational health metrics
• Drive IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
• Lead and mentor technical teams to achieve operational excellence

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure operations
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong expertise in servers, storage, networking, security, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience with ITIL practices and IT risk management
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISM, or equivalent

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies
• Familiarity with automation tools for infrastructure management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
• Exposure to disaster recovery planning and business continuity
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
