Algorithmic Trading Developer; Crypto​/Quant Developer

Our client is a next‑generation crypto finance firm based in Dubai, focused on building advanced trading infrastructure and data‑driven investment strategies for the digital asset market. They empower their trading and quant teams with cutting‑edge tools to execute efficiently across global exchanges. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an Algorithmic Trading Developer (Crypto / Quant Developer) to design, build, and optimise high‑performance automated trading systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex market challenges—transforming strategy ideas into production‑grade algorithms and shaping the future of quantitative trading in crypto.

• Develop, test, and deploy automated crypto trading algorithms.
• Convert existing manual strategies into coded systems (Python preferred).
• Integrate and manage exchange APIs (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.).
• Build backtesting and monitoring frameworks.
• Work closely with our trading and analytics team to refine strategy logic.

• Proficiency in Python / Node.js / C++ / Rust

• Experience with REST & Web Socket APIs

• Familiarity with order book mechanics, risk control, and leverage management
  .
• Knowledge of backtesting frameworks (e.g., Back trader, Quant Connect).
• Experience in VPS / AWS‑based deployment

• Prior work in prop trading / institutional algorithmic systems

• Optional experience with AI‑based or predictive trading models
