** The
** Reporting & Insight Director
** will lead the agency’s analytics and reporting strategy — ensuring clients make data-backed decisions that drive business growth. You’ll oversee dashboards, analytics frameworks, and data storytelling across markets.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Define and oversee the analytics and reporting strategy across all client accounts.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality dashboards, insights, and performance analyses.
* Partner with strategy and media teams to connect data with business outcomes.
* Lead analytics transformation projects, integrating new tools and automation.
* Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists.
* Present actionable insights to clients, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
** Requirements
* ** 10–12 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or media insights.
* Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
* Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and data governance.
* Proven leadership and client presentation skills.
* Ability to turn complex data into compelling stories that drive decisions.
