We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with experience in Open Banking and financial services to ensure the quality and compliance of cutting‑edge digital banking solutions. This role is pivotal in validating secure, seamless integrations across web, mobile, and backend systems in a regulated environment.

As a QA Tester at Finesse Direct, you will work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver robust Open Finance solutions. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing across multiple platforms, including API validation and sandbox environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high‑impact projects in the fintech space, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and driving innovation in digital banking.

• Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for Open Banking features
• Perform API testing, including payload validation, OAuth2 flows, token management, and error handling
• Manage CBUAE Open Banking/Open Finance Sandbox for onboarding, test data setup, and configuration
• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain structured test cases and documentation
• Log defects clearly and manage their lifecycle through resolution
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end‑to‑end validation activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit governance standards

• 2–7 years of QA experience in financial services, digital banking, fintech, or Open Banking/PSD2 environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, integration, system, regression, UAT)
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) and OAuth2/JWT validation
• Practical knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Familiarity with test management platforms (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops)
• Understanding of Agile software development and delivery

• Experience with CBUAE or other regulated Open Banking sandboxes
• Knowledge of JSON/XML schema validation
• Exposure to automation frameworks for API testing
• Strong documentation and compliance reporting skills
• ISTQB or similar QA certification
