Overview
We are building Paradox OS – an AI‑powered operating system for human greatness. The role’s goal is to define a new category and launch a global brand loved for its product. The position is full‑time and open in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remotely worldwide.
Responsibilities- Own the product strategy – translate the founder’s vision into a clear roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technology.
- Lead product cycles that integrate behavioral science protocols, human‑connection pods, AI‑driven coaching loops, and personalization streams.
- Learn from users: interview weekly, analyze data, identify friction points, and turn insights into hypotheses.
- Apply lean‑startup methodology – build MVPs, run experiments, set measurable success metrics, and iterate weekly.
- Track product analytics and impact metrics (activation, retention, transformation rates) and tie them to business KPIs.
- Prototype AI‑enabled experiences, manage budget, and collaborate with design, tech, coaches, and film teams.
- Ensure every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem: loops, protocol agents, membership, and personalized journeys.
- 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
- Shipped a major feature or product end‑to‑end and can demonstrate measurable results.
- Hands‑on experience with Figma prototyping.
- Bonus: experience with AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal‑development platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, metrics, and roadmaps.
- Digital and AI savvy – can build or learn to build AI agents.
- Cross‑disciplinary curiosity – fluently moves between tech, human psychology, and design.
- Craft‑obsessed, do‑er mentality, bias for outcomes.
- User‑ and impact‑obsessed: focus on transformation, not just outputs.
- System thinker who can structure ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high intensity, and rapid iteration.
- Motivated by systemic, psychological, and design excellence.
- French: native speaker.
- English: fluent – must communicate comfortably in written and spoken English; team’s written communication is in English.
- Competitive salary and freedom to work remotely.
- Autonomous, accountable culture with flexible hours.
- Participation in the Paradox Foundation, supporting teenagers.
- Comprehensive well‑being benefits: work‑from‑home, standing desk stipend, gym or dance class allowance, book stipend, and six one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
- Opportunity to work with psychologists, filmmakers, engineers, and creatives to create cinematic, impactful learning experiences.
- 6‑to‑8‑minute application survey with a short video assignment.
- Video calls with HR, VP of Engineering, culture‑fit interview, and CEO to discuss vision.
- Reference check.
- Welcome aboard!
Only candidates comfortable arranging calls with previous managers should apply.
