SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML models while integrating them into business applications using

• NET Core and Microsoft platforms such as Power Apps and SharePoint. This role is central to our Innovation Team and will drive forward AI-powered solutions that support our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and image recognition using frameworks like

• Implement deep learning architectures for AI applications including computer vision, speech recognition, and automation.
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and apply innovative approaches to real-world business problems.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into business processes using Power Apps and SharePoint to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Utilize .NET Core to develop scalable, high-performance applications that support

• Design and implement custom applications using Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models with SharePoint to create a seamless experience for collaboration, document management, and automated workflows.
• Ensure AI/ML applications are scalable, secure, and well-documented within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Work with large datasets, performing data wrangling, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for AI/ML models.
• Automate AI and machine learning processes, ensuring efficiency in model training, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Build Power Apps solutions to streamline data collection and reporting, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Create and manage SharePoint sites to organize data, store AI models, and automate business workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to build AI-powered applications that enhance business

• Lead AI-driven projects by experimenting with new technologies and delivering proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs).
• Present AI/ML findings and insights to senior leadership, demonstrating how innovative technologies can drive business value.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in .NET Core for building and deploying scalable applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for creating custom business applications and workflows.
• Expertise in SharePoint for integrating AI solutions and managing data flows within business environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

• Experience with Power Automate for creating automated workflows in Microsoft environments.
