Event Support:Accompany robots during rentals atevents, ensuring optimal performance, providing on-site monitoring, and safeguarding the equipment throughout the event. Should have the physicalstrength to lift safely and carry robots during setup and transport.
Maintenance & Support:Maintain robots in excellent working condition, conduct regular cleaning, assist with logistics, and support delivery operations. Assist the Innovation Manager in conducting repairs and promptly report any technical issues on-site to enable quick resolution andensure smooth functioning.
Performance Testing:Conduct robot testing and hardwarediagnostics to ensure optimal functionality. Document test procedures and results, identify faults, and assist in troubleshooting. Provide basic setupsupport and report complex issues to the Innovation Manager for furtherresolution.
Customer Support:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins. Provide accurate information,deliver product demonstrations when required, and ensure timely handling ofsales inquiries by coordinating with the relevant team.
Event Participation:Actively contribute toexhibitions, expos, and company-led initiatives by assisting with robot demosand engaging visitors. Support content creation for social media by capturingevent highlights and showcasing robot interactions for promoting brandvisibility online.
Requirements- Degreeor diploma in a technology-related field (e.g., Robotics, IT, Electronics,or Engineering).
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware, basic diagnostics, and robot handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Finance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to document testing, issues, and customer feedback accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction, demos,and support.
- Abilityto work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for events, assist in lifting/carrying robots, and adapt todynamic exhibition environments.
