** We’re looking for a
** Head of Data & Analytics Strategy
** to shape the agency’s data vision — translating analytics into actionable growth strategies for clients. You’ll lead the use of data as a creative and strategic asset across all marketing activities.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks.
* Drive the integration of data strategy into media planning and performance measurement.
* Partner with client teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
* Oversee dashboards, predictive models, and attribution frameworks.
* Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to enable scalable solutions.
* Mentor analysts and strategists to elevate the agency’s data literacy.
** Requirements
* ** 12–15 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or marketing science.
* Proven success translating data into strategic narratives and business outcomes.
* Strong understanding of media measurement, econometrics, and digital analytics tools.
* Experience leading analytics teams within agencies or consultancies.
* Excellent stakeholder management, visualization, and communication skills.
