Salesforce Developer

Must have 5+ years of extensive hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

They will be responsible for configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment of capabilities and functionality.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Flows and Triggers, etc.
• Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visual Force pages/components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Ability to customize objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Ability to implement Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Service Console features for Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning & Lightning Component Framework.
• Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to configure and manage Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Experience developing AMPscript and SQL queries for dynamic content and segmentation.
• Extensive knowledge of integration via REST API and SOAP API.
• Ability to deploy using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for high‑level software and application issues.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple time‑sensitive projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills: can convey solutions to technical and non‑technical users and provide adequate training to end users.
