How You’ll Contribute

As a [Training Solutions Design Manager], you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide L&D expertise and consultancy to clients on learning journeys and solutions
  • Understand client needs and objectives from account managers to inform the design of customized learning solutions
  • Develop innovative and effective learning solutions, methodologies, and approaches tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, discovery workshops, and evaluations to design and then measure the effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our learning solutions
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem‑solving
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions and processes through feedback and innovative ideas
  • Maintain documentation and records related to solution deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure the solutions are visually appealing and convey information through a compelling storyline
What You’ll Bring
