A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to deliver exceptional end-user support and ensure operational stability across assigned sites and projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and third‑party support providers to maintain infrastructure reliability and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware refresh cycles, and software deployments.
- Participate in proof of concepts to define technology direction and enable business strategy.
- Communicate and validate program architecture with infrastructure, project management, and technology services teams.
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and maintain standardized documentation for procedures and configurations.
- Follow data retention, backup, and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (infrastructure, security, application support) to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/operations design and deployment.
- 5+ years in server and network management for medium to large organizations.
- 2+ years in implementing security requirements.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with IT helpdesk tools (e.g., Manage Engine, Zoho, Solar Winds).
- Knowledge of Unified Communication platforms, firewalls, managed switches, and web application firewalls.
- Teamwork, communication, and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills, infrastructure management, and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO compliance frameworks, and ticketing systems.
