We’re hiring a seasoned Product Designer with strong Web3 experience to own the end-to-end design of Numu’s core product across mobile and web. This is a senior role focused on UX strategy, product thinking, and execution, not just visual design.

You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for a complex, non‑custodial financial product.

• Own product design across core user flows and surfaces
• Translate complex Web3 and financial concepts into clear, simple UX
• Design scalable systems, flows, and interaction patterns
• Build and maintain a cohesive, production‑ready design system
• Partner closely with engineering to ship high‑quality product experiences
• Contribute to product vision, UX strategy, and long‑term design direction

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Demonstrated Web3 experience (DeFi, wallets, non‑custodial flows, on‑chain UX)
• Strong UX thinking and systems design skills
• Experience designing products where trust, clarity, and edge cases matter
• High proficiency with Figma Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments
• Fintech, payments, or neobank experience
• Experience designing for both crypto‑native and mainstream users
• Motion / interaction design skills
