Black Stone eIT is looking for an innovative and experienced Decision Intelligence Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge products that leverage decision intelligence to drive strategic choices and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and impactful user‑centered design solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of users in the context of decision intelligence applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices for decision intelligence products.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in decision intelligence and design.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user‑centered design principles.
