rently is looking for a revops lead to own and scale the systems, data, and processes that power revenue growth across the uae and singapore. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, with full ownership of our end-to-end revenue engine.
you will be the architect behind our growth engine. This role goes far beyond crm management – it is about designing and owning a high-performance revops ecosystem with hubspot as the central source of truth. You will integrate a modern technology stack, including whatsapp and ai-driven automation tools (e.g., n8n), to streamline communications, automate the end-to-end lead-to-revenue (l2r) lifecycle, and deliver full-funnel roi visibility.
your mission is to own the technical and process-driven journey from marketing to revenue. Build, automate, and scale the operational backbone supporting products such as pay rent earn rewards, deposit-free renting, and rent now pay later, ensuring seamless lead routing, sales sequencing, and marketing-to-sales handoff.
you will work cross-functionally to turn manual friction into scalable workflows and raw data into actionable insights. From campaign attribution and funnel velocity to optimizing cac and ltv, you will act as the guardian of data integrity and the driver of analytical depth across the revenue organization.

what you’ll do- own the revops tech stack: architect and manage a high-performance revops ecosystem with hubspot as the central source of truth, integrating key tools to streamline customer communications and workflows while continuously evaluating emerging technologies and best practices.
- architect the lead-to-revenue lifecycle: own the technical and process-driven l2r journey across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, ensuring seamless marketing-to-sales handoff, accurate lead routing, sales sequencing, automated nurturing, and opportunity management.
- campaign tracking & attribution: build and maintain the technical infrastructure for end-to-end campaign execution, attribution, and performance tracking to deliver clear roi visibility.
- reporting & dashboards: design and maintain robust dashboards that transform raw data into actionable insights, partnering with sales and marketing to define kpis and optimize strategy.
- process optimization & analysis: analyze sales and marketing data to identify funnel bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve revenue performance and conversion rates.
- automation & process hygiene: eliminate manual work by building scalable, repeatable workflows using automation and ai-driven platforms (e.g., n8n).
- data quality & discipline: guard revenue data by enforcing strict data standards and leading ongoing data cleansing across marketing, sales, and revenue systems.
- cross-functional collaboration: partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and ops leaders to ensure systems and processes translate into real revenue impact.
- hubspot power user: hands-on experience owning hubspot end-to-end, including workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, integrations, and reporting.
- hands-on builder: 5+ years building, scaling, and owning the end-to-end revenue operations lifecycle.
- data-driven: comfortable working with funnel metrics, attribution models, cac/ltv, net revenue retention, and sales velocity.
- automation-oriented: strong bias toward automation and disciplined process hygiene.
- cross-functional partner: able to align systems, data, and processes with real-world execution to drive revenue.
- bonus: experience in fintech, proptech, or scaling gtm systems across multiple markets (apac / mena).
