About the team:
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

• Gain a deep understanding of the core needs of business units for contract management, sort out full-process scenarios such as contract drafting, approval, signing, performance, and archiving, and design product solutions that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as internal control and legal affairs to formulate medium- and long-term plans for the contract system, promote system iteration and optimization, and improve contract processing efficiency and risk control capabilities.
• Explore the application of AI technology in contract scenarios, such as intelligent review, clause generation, and risk early warning, and empower intelligent contract management through technological innovation.
• Track user feedback and data performance after system launch, continuously optimize product experience, ensure stable and efficient operation of the system, and support the company's business development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in enterprise products or platform-type products, and familiar with the design logic and implementation methodology of enterprise products
• Strong demand analysis capabilities, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and project promotion capabilities; able to independently respond to product challenges in complex business scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in contract management systems or legal information systems is preferred; those with an understanding of the full contract lifecycle management process and legal compliance requirements are particularly preferred
• Experience in implementing AI technology in enterprise service scenarios and familiarity with AI product design logic is preferred
