Program Manager, Amazon Payments Operations

This role will have direct ownership over large programs, new product launches, improvements to the end-to-end CX, and establishing SOPs and best practices to help scale the business. This leader will have a high degree of visibility across the organization and work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, marketing, CS, accounting, legal (and more!) to deliver results for our customers.
Keyjob responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Build new mechanisms to support new product launches and cross-team initiatives, as well as audit mechanisms to support post-launch.
- Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, with an eye to looking around corners to maintain project timelines.
- Identify operational gaps, build new processes with stakeholders, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Leverage learning to influence the product roadmap.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.
