ITHR Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Datasphere Consultant to join our growing analytics and cloud transformation team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a consultant with strong expertise in SAC reporting, planning, and data modeling
, combined with SAP Datasphere (formerly DWC) for enterprise data warehousing and integration. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing modern SAP analytics solutions across hybrid and cloud-based SAP landscapes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions leveraging SAP BTP.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, planning models, and predictive scenarios.
• Build and manage SAP Datasphere models, spaces, and data layers (Data Builder, Business Builder).
• Integrate data from S/4
  
  HANA, BW/4
  
  HANA, ECC, HANA DB, and non-SAP sources into SAC and Datasphere.
• Configure live and import data connections between SAC, Datasphere, and backend systems.
• Develop analytical models, views, and transformations using SQL, graphical modeling, and semantic layers
  .
• Collaborate with Basis and BTP teams for connectivity, security, authorizations, and performance optimization
  .
• Support SAC planning processes including data actions, multi-actions, allocations, and forecasting.
• Ensure best practices for data governance, security roles, and transport management
  .
• Troubleshoot performance, data accuracy, and connectivity issues across analytics solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Prepare technical documentation and support audits and SLA requirements.

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, BI, or Data Warehousing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and/or planning.
• Proven experience with SAP Datasphere (DWC) including data modeling and space management.
• Solid understanding of S/4
  
  HANA, BW/4
  
  HANA
  , or SAP HANA-based data models.
• Experience with live connections, import models, and data integration frameworks
  .
• Knowledge of SAP BTP
  , including subaccounts, destinations, and security concepts.
• Familiarity with SAML/SSO, roles, authorizations
  , and user management in SAC/Datasphere.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.

• Experience integrating non-SAP data sources (SQL, cloud data sources, APIs).
• Exposure to SAP Data Intelligence or SDI.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) in SAP analytics scenarios.
• SAP certifications in SAC, Datasphere, BW/4
  
  HANA, or SAP BTP

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of analytics models.
