We are looking for a Senior Manager who will play a key role in helping a global financial services company grow its business in the Middle East. This position is part of a globally diverse Fin Tech organization that is passionate about serving customers through a seamless omnichannel experience, building market profile, and driving growth.

As the Senior Manager, Product Lead for the Middle East, you will own digital product design & solutioning, product‑market fit, user journey conception, localisation, and integration efforts across the region to launch, operate, and monitor new digital financial services beyond remittances, such as wallet ecosystem and cards. Your role will align regional initiatives with our global strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Responsibilities

• Co‑build and maintain effective product strategy and roadmap for digital financial services
• Adopt and follow Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) best practices
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the full product development lifecycle
• Drive digital financial services product brainstorming and design based on business strategy, regional requirements, and global guidelines
• Generate product ideas focused on driving revenue, acquiring new customers, and enhancing the customer experience
• Design user journeys based on design principles, market data, and benchmarking
• Develop and own Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD) for digital financial services
• Ensure product design and development comply with relevant legal, compliance, and data localisation requirements
• Author EPICS, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver features according to specifications
• Understand partner/application interfaces and APIs that enable digital financial services
• Identify key defects through thorough testing of mobile and web customer platforms to improve experience and compliance
• Run product operational forums and liaise with stakeholders
• Monitor product performance using business and product KPIs
• Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness with a data‑driven approach
• Track competitor activities across digital financial services
• Navigate the complex and fast‑moving fintech technology landscape to harness opportunities

Role Requirements

• Ideally led a Digital Wallet with Financial Services in UAE or KSA across design, build, launch, and operate phases
• At least 8 years’ experience with domestic or international payments companies (banks, specialist payment companies, or payment schemes)
• At least 8 years’ experience in product management of digital financial services such as wallets, digital payments, e‑marketplaces, card management, and cross‑border transfers/payments
• Advanced degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
• Passionate about building great digital products and customer experiences, maximizing business outcomes
• Self‑motivated with a “get things done” attitude and ability to prioritize critical deadlines
• Detailed understanding of product methodologies, documentation, and processes for digital products with a systematic/analytical mindset
• Strong business writing, numerical analysis, and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in diverse cultural contexts
