Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory Specialist. Require 10+ years of deep technical experience in Microsoft Exchange (2013/2019), Exchange Migrations, Active Directory, Windows Server, and DNS.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AD architecture, FSMO roles, replication, GPO management, Exchange DAG, SCCM, Power Shell, and multi-domain environments.
Key Responsibilities Active Directory (AD) & Windows Infrastructure- Design, deploy, and administer Active Directory across multiple domains.
- Manage FSMO roles, forest schema updates, domain trusts, and replication processes.
- Troubleshoot lingering objects, replication conflicts, DNS issues, and GC-related problems.
- Configure and maintain Windows Server ) and DNS architecture.
- Implement and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ADMX templates.
- Perform backup, recovery, patching, and environment health checks.
- Manage Exchange servers including DAG, CAS, transport services, and mailbox databases.
- Perform Exchange migrations (intra-org, cross-forest, hybrid migrations, cutover/staged migrations).
- Troubleshoot mailbox issues, service connectivity, and database availability.
- Apply schema updates and ensure stable Exchange infrastructure.
- Manage SCCM deployments, packaging, client settings, and remote control.
- Use SCOM for server monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and execute Power Shell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAG (Link Aggregation Group) for high availability.
- Ensure systems comply with security, DR, and operational best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and DR policies.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft infrastructure.
- Expertise in:
- Exchange 2013/2019, Exchange migrations, DAG, CAS, mailbox databases
- Active Directory, schema updates, replication, FSMO roles
- DNS, DHCP, Global Catalog services
- GPOs, ADMX templates
- SCCM, SCOM
- Power Shell scripting
- Experience handling replication conflicts and lingering objects.
- Strong understanding of multi-domain environments and replication intervals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in banking or large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of NTDS.dit, domain controller roles, and advanced AD troubleshooting tools.
