Role OverviewThis role focuses on applying AI to real-world problems, turning cutting-edge research into practical, scalable product capabilities. You will work on AI agents, LLM-based systems, and production-grade AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI-powered product features using LLMs and agents
- Apply and adapt models from OpenAI and other frontier providers
- Build AI pipelines using Lang Chain, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
- Solve ambiguous, cutting-edge problems where solutions are not well defined
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI into production
- Continuously evaluate model performance and improve outcomes
- Strong background in applied AI / ML engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI product execution
- Experience using frameworks such as Lang Chain or similar
- Strong Python skills and ability to prototype quickly
- Comfort working in fast-moving, research-adjacent environments
