The Visualization Lead will own and lead CARMA’s visual practice, shaping how data, insights, and ideas are presented across analytics, marketing, commercial proposals, and client deliverables. This role is responsible for transforming complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives that support strategic decision-making, brand consistency, and business growth.
The role requires strong expertise in modern, interactive data visualization, advanced presentation design, and scalable visualization workflows. The successful candidate will set visual standards across the organization while remaining hands-on in delivering high-impact presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Leadership Standards
- Lead and define visual standards, frameworks, and best practices across CARMA.
- Ensure consistency and quality across branding, marketing, RFPs, analytics, and client deliverables.
- Act as the visual authority for storytelling and design across the business.
Presentation Design & Storytelling
- Design and oversee executive-level PowerPoint presentations, templates, and visual systems.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, persuasive visual narratives.
- Build advanced presentation structures and interactive elements directly in PowerPoint (essential).
Data Visualization & Reporting
- Lead the design of dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical reports for internal and client use.
- Apply best-practice visualization principles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact.
- Develop custom charts and visual formats to support advanced reporting needs.
Automation & Workflow Efficiency
- Drive automation of visualization workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with analytics and technical teams to align visualization with data pipelines.
- Support data migration initiatives while maintaining visual integrity.
- Work with AI-enabled platforms and tools to enhance visualization workflows, accelerate insight delivery, and enable advanced reporting capabilities.
Commercial & Collaboration
- Lead visual execution for RFPs, proposals, and commercial pitches.
- Collaborate with analytics, media, research, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Present visual concepts and insights to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Technical
- Advanced PowerPoint expertise (mandatory).
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capability.
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Illustrator); web-based tools a plus.
- Solid understanding of analytics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
Soft Skills
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
Experience
- Experience in media, analytics, or data-intensive environments preferred.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in visualization, analytics, or design-led roles.
- Proven ownership of visual outputs across marketing, commercial, and analytical contexts.
