The Business Solutions Partner – Supply Chain plays a critical role in enhancing our supply chain operations by bridging field teams with smart technology and clean processes. By spending meaningful time in warehouses, procurement offices, and logistics operations, this role ensures our ERP, PIM, and other supply chain systems truly reflect how work happens on the ground.

You’ll drive improvements across procurement, inbound logistics, inventory, warehousing, and product data — while leading the way in our ERP modernization journey.

Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Spend time in the field to observe workflows, map processes, identify pain points, and translate them into system or process improvements.

Provide hands‑on support to teams to help them fully leverage existing tools and adopt new enhancements.

Act as the functional partner and product owner for ERP supply chain and procurement modules, Product Information Management (PIM), warehouse technologies, and other supply chain tools.

Ensure seamless flows between procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations, with a focus on data quality and efficiency.

Contribute to ERP modernization by documenting current-state challenges, defining future-state processes, and preparing teams for change.

Lead workshops, process mapping, and structured requirements sessions to transform operational challenges into actionable improvements.

Deliver practical training and coaching for new joiners and existing teams, supported by clear SOPs, field manuals, and quick‑reference guides.

Promote consistent, accurate system usage and reinforce best practices across all operations.

Lead and support supply chain‑focused initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, testing cycles, timelines, and smooth rollouts.

Work cross‑functionally with Business Applications, IT Support Analysts, vendors, and System Integrators to maintain stable and reliable operations.

Stay updated on new SaaS releases, ERP/PIM enhancements, and supply chain technology trends; bring forward clear, ROI‑driven recommendations.

Support operational audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and management reviews with insights grounded in real field observations.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

3+ years in a systems‑and process‑oriented role linked to supply chain operations, ERP supply chain modules, PIM, procurement, or logistics technology.

Strong understanding of procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory, item master data, and vendor management workflows.

Hands‑on experience mapping processes, defining requirements, supporting UAT, and delivering training to non‑technical users.

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and coaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Strong problem‑solving mindset, comfortable spending time both in the field and in cross‑functional forums.

Willingness to travel regularly across UAE and KSA operations.
