Role Overview:
Element HR Consulting is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of a B2B SaaS client. The role is focused on executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads, product awareness, and trial/demo sign-ups for a technology-driven product. This is a hands-on, performance-oriented role requiring experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS marketing funnels, and data-driven campaign execution across digital channels.
B2B Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to drive demos, trials, and qualified leads
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In Ads, and retargeting platforms
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead flows
- Work with sales to align MQL definitions and improve lead handover
- Track funnel performance from lead to conversion and suggest improvements
Content & SaaS Messaging
- Execute content aligned to SaaS buyer journeys (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Coordinate creation of case studies, feature highlights, comparison pages, and email nurture content
- Ensure messaging clearly communicates product value, use cases, and differentiation
Website & SEO (SaaS Focus)
- Manage website content updates, product pages, pricing pages, and landing pages
- Implement basic SEO best practices for SaaS keywords and search intent
- Track website performance and user behavior to improve conversion rates
Email Marketing & Automation
- Execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement
- Work with CRM / marketing automation tools to manage lists, triggers, and workflows
- Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion performance
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key SaaS marketing metrics such as MQLs, CPL, CAC contribution, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to optimize campaigns and budget allocation
Vendor & Tool Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for campaign assets and landing pages
- Manage digital marketing tools and platforms used for lead generation and tracking
- Ensure timelines, quality, and performance expectations are met
Experience & Background
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech products
- Experience driving demos, trials, or inbound leads for software products
- Exposure to working with sales and product teams
Skills & Tools
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Understanding of SaaS funnels, buyer personas, and lifecycle marketing
- Basic SEO and CRO knowledge
