Global Sales Director - Software Solutions
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Global Sales Director to lead our worldwide software sales efforts. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing a dominant market presence, and building a high-performing sales ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive network of overseas channel resources and a proven track record of success in the global market, ideally with a background from Huawei or a leading AI/Fin Tech company

- Global Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and market share targets. This includes identifying new market opportunities and creating differentiated sales strategies based on local demand and competitive landscapes.
- Channel Ecosystem Development: Leverage and expand your existing network to build and manage a robust global channel partner program, including distributors, system integrators, and agents. You will be responsible for training, enabling, and growing these partnerships to maximize market penetration.
- Key Account Management: Personally lead negotiations and build strong, long-term relationships with strategic global clients and C-level executives. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from complex contract negotiations to ensuring successful deal closure and post-sale satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure the team meets and exceeds its objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the global market, gathering client feedback and monitoring industry trends. You will provide critical insights to product and marketing teams to help shape the company's product roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Essential
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of software sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing international/global sales teams and channel partners. A documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a global context is required. - Industry Background: Prior experience in a Huawei overseas sales leadership role or at a leading AI technology or Financial Technology (Fin Tech) company is highly preferred.
- Channel Resources: Must possess an established and active network of overseas channel partners and ecosystem resources relevant to the software industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and articulate the value of complex software solutions, such as AI, SaaS, big data, or cybersecurity products, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Language
Skills:
Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage to facilitate seamless communication with headquarters and key stakeholders. Additional language skills are a plus.
We offer a highly competitive executive compensation package designed to attract top talent, including a significant base salary, a performance-based bonus, and long-term incentives (e.g., stock options). The total On-Target Earning (OTE) is commensurate with experience and is positioned at the top tier of the market.
