Associate Technical Consultant

Associate Technical Consultant technical entry point into the Technical Consulting practice. It gives a structured path into technical consulting and, over time, the architect track. The focus in the first year is on building strong platform skills, supporting presales and delivery work, and gaining exposure to Quintica’s clients, solutions and delivery approach.

Build deep knowledge of the Service Now platform and complete CSA within the first six months additional approved Service Now certifications within the first year.

Develop a sound understanding of Quintica’s methodologies, service offerings and the full customer lifecycle.

Build technical foundations across core Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM and IRM.

Support senior consultants with configuration tasks such as form design, prototype setups, simple flows, integrations research, data preparation and basic testing.

Assist with building and maintaining demo environments, technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept assets.

Contribute to presales by preparing demos, gathering initial requirements and shaping early solution ideas.

Support bid and proposal work by collecting inputs and helping compile RFP/RFI responses.

Take part in customer workshops as a junior technical contributor or observer to build confidence in requirement gathering and client communication.

Work closely with sales, presales and technical teams to understand how solutions are shaped, validated and delivered.

Assist with documentation, technical notes, platform research and any tasks that support both delivery and presales activities.

Carry out other responsibilities aligned with the graduate growth framework.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field.

Clear interest in enterprise platforms, cloud technologies and the Service Now ecosystem.

Commitment to achieving CSA plus two additional certifications within the required timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong drive to learn and develop into a technical consulting role.

Solid analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Comfortable logic, workflows and structured thinking to solve platform challenges.

Good communication and confidence engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established delivery methods.

Good attention to detail with the ability to take guidance and apply feedback.

Cultural awareness and comfort working with diverse regional teams.

Occasional travel within the Middle East and Africa region may be required as the role grows.
