Job Description
As a Network L3 Engineer, you will handle advanced troubleshooting, routing, switching, and firewall operations across large‑scale networks. You will work on resolving escalations, performing RCA, supporting CAB processes, and maintaining compliance across all network domains. You will also manage and optimize network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and SD‑WAN environments. The position requires strong hands‑on expertise with Cisco technologies (DNAC, FTD, ISE, WLC), Palo Alto Firewalls, and F5 Load Balancers.

• ✓ Perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructures
• ✓ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage recurring incidents
• ✓ Configure and support routing & switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, and SD‑WAN
• ✓ Manage DNS, DHCP, and day‑to‑day network operations
• ✓ Review and approve CAB changes ensuring minimal operational disruption
• ✓ Maintain network compliance, backups, and security hardening
• ✓ Support multi‑vendor environments and provide L3 technical escalation

• ✓ CCNP certification (mandatory)
• ✓ Strong hands‑on expertise with Cisco DNAC, FTD, ISE, and WLC
