As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and operation of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance automation, scalability, and platform reliability, while promoting best practices, tooling, and standards across the engineering organization.

- Support cloud adoption and Dev Ops transformation strategies
- Collaborate with the Principal Engineer to improve systems architecture and tooling
- Stay abreast of emerging Dev Ops technologies and industry trends
- Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code across environments
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth code deployment
- Support container orchestration
- Enhance monitoring and observability of services and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot production issues related to deployments, performance, and availability
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance practices across systems
- People Management Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and share Dev Ops best practices
- Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Dev Ops or infrastructure engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong background in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and system design
- Exposure to observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
