Business Automation & Security Systems LLC (BASS), established in 2002, is a leading Integrator of electronic security systems across the UAE and GCC, specializing in video surveillance, access control, and retail security solutions.
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security systems
- Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
- Prepare and manage schedules, permits, and technical reports
- Support compliance with SIRA, VG, and SPC requirements
- Assist with technical drawings and system layouts
- Deliver excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Familiarity with SIRA/VG/SPC standards is a plus
- Engineering or technical qualification preferred
