ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. This role involves working on a range of exciting projects that aim to enhance and optimize our Service Now platform implementation. As a developer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Service Now applications are efficient, reliable, and meet the needs of our clients.

• Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with a strong understanding of Service Now modules and functionalities.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including Service Now server-side scripting.
• Experience with Service Now CSM, ITSM, or other relevant applications.
• Experience with Service Now integrations, including REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Relevant Service Now certifications are a plus.
