Job Description Summary
Lead and optimize the organization’s digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation, to drive performance, track return on investment (ROI), and strengthen the overall digital brand presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for D1 Management and its subsidiaries.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance, analytics, and ROI reports for management review.
- Monitor the organization’s online reputation and manage overall digital brand presence.
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM-related digital marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with and oversee external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications are highly valued, including:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Blueprint or similar social advertising platform certifications
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and advertising dashboards.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign management, performance reporting, and multi-channel digital marketing execution.
