They are seeking a VP of Engineering (AI Transformation & Core Systems) a builder-first executive who will re-architect the organization toward AI-native systems, where automation, intelligence, and self-optimizing platforms replace traditional human-led processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI transformation roadmap: Redefine how the organization builds, deploys, and operates systems using AI-first principles
• Architect at scale: Oversee high-performance, low-latency systems handling real money, real regulations, and millions of users
• Lead elite engineering teams: Build and manage world-class AI and systems engineers across global locations
• Re-engineer processes: Identify human bottlenecks and replace them with AI-driven optimization
• Balance speed and precision: Integrate advanced AI without compromising performance, reliability, or regulatory compliance

Key Qualifications

• Deep experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Python in high-performance environments
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MLOps
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and low-latency architectures
• Proven success leading large-scale digital or AI transformations
• Ability to influence at board and executive levels
• AI-first, builder-led culture with full architectural ownership
• High-stakes fintech environment operating at a global scale
