As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client satisfaction, adoption, and performance. You won’t just manage relationships, you’ll optimize them! You’ll ensure every customer gets the full value from our tech by guiding their journey, analyzing their usage data, and turning insight into action.

From day one, you’ll be empowering UAE’s top contractors to unlock more productive hours, safer sites, and smoother workflows using Smart Site’s groundbreaking technology, from Smart Hoist to Smart Worker.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients across Dubai and the UAE.
• Build trust, solve problems, and turn satisfied users into lifelong partners.
• Lead onboarding, training, and support — helping teams thrive with Smart Site from day one.

• Track usage metrics (like planned vs. actual, idle time, wait time) and uncover where things go off-track.
• Use our performance dashboards to show clients real ROI (hours gained, costs saved, incidents avoided).
• Recommend features, fixes, or new packages to maximize every client’s performance.

• Feed real-world feedback to our engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with sales, ops, and tech to refine our service model.
• Help evolve how we serve with data and boots-on-the-ground insights.

• You’ve worked in SaaS, construction tech, or operational roles in complex industries.
• You think both strategically and analytically able to read dashboards and turn them into decisions.>
• You’re comfortable speaking with everyone from hoist operators to C-suite execs and you know how to earn their trust.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where you own your outcomes.
