IT Support Engineer

Noorka Logistics is a well-established logistics and supply chain company in Dubai, providing efficient and reliable freight, warehousing, and distribution services. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT systems and provide reliable technical support across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth IT operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, office applications, email systems, and logistics-related software.
• Support ERP, inventory management systems, and basic database applications.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and basic network security.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution with minimal operational downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network support.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or IT Technician, preferably in logistics or operations-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to provide on-site and remote support as required.
