Innovations Global is urgently hiring a Lead Data Analyst with extensive experience in banking data environments and advanced analytics. This senior role focuses on building, optimizing, and deploying large-scale data products using Databricks, SQL, and Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and financial data governance.

As the Lead Data Analyst, you will drive end‑to‑end data product development, from ingestion and transformation to reporting and insights delivery. You will work extensively in Azure and Databricks, building scalable data pipelines, enabling business intelligence, and ensuring data availability for MIS and analytics teams. This role requires strong command of SQL, cloud-native data systems, and banking datasets, along with the ability to translate business problems into robust analytical solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business units to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Lead data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development using Azure and Databricks
• Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end data products for enterprise use
• Build scalable, secure, and high‑performance data pipelines
• Work extensively with SQL for data transformation, validation, and reporting
• Support MIS, reporting, and analytics teams with high-quality datasets
• Analyze complex banking datasets (risk, transactions, portfolio, compliance, etc.)
• Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues and drive remediation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business and technology
• Ensure best practices in cloud data engineering, performance tuning, and governance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of data analytics / data engineering experience
• Mandatory 3+ years of banking data experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks (data processing, transformations, workflows)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience implementing data solutions using multiple programming languages in Azure
• Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines and data infrastructure
• Strong experience with data reporting, analysis, and MIS processes
• Background in delivering end-to-end data product deployments
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD, and version control
• Python or PySpark experience for analytical workflows
• Exposure to banking regulations, risk analytics, or compliance systems
• Experience leading data teams or mentoring junior analysts
