Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive IT Implementation Specialist to manage and support daily IT operations while ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and adoption of IT systems across the business. The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimize system performance, support end-users, and enhance operational efficiency, particularly within a freight forwarding and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.
• Plan, deploy, and maintain operational systems and applications in collaboration with the IT team.
• Provide direct end-user support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve user understanding and effective use of IT systems and tools.
• Gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and update training materials accordingly.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and business continuity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution, technical support, system enhancements, and additional business requirements.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• 1+ years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Experience in implementing and managing enterprise IT systems and services.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) in freight forwarding is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet research tools.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.

Technical

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management.
• Hands-on experience with system implementation, monitoring, and support.
