Assistant Manager - IT

The Assistant Manager for Net Suites Application is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Net Suite ERP system and related IT applications for the Community Management. This role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes and enhance system functionality.

• Manage the configuration, customization, and administration of the Net Suite ERP system to meet business requirements and optimize functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Net Suite users, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related inquiries.
• Manage the implementation of Net Suite modules, features, or enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and rollout. Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and best practices.
• Establish and enforce user access controls, permissions, and security policies within Net Suite to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure full awareness and smooth implementation of the software.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within Net Suite and related IT applications to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with the business to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement solutions that align with the business goals.
• Develop and maintain data management processes, including data import/export, cleansing, and migration, to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Net Suite. Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and information to support decision making.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 Years of Experience in managing IT Applications with 2-3 years experience in Net Suites
• Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and customizations within the Net Suite platform.
• Preferred:
  Post Graduate Certification in IT or ERP Applications such as Net Suites, Microsft Azure, Google Gen.
