Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Sales Manager with a strong network in the banking, financial services, and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving B2B sales of cybersecurity products or solutions, managing strategic accounts, and achieving growth targets through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end sales for cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions to enterprise clients.
- Leverage existing relationships with at least 20 enterprise customers, especially within banking, NBFC, and financial institutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to develop customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accuracy through CRM tools.
- Represent the company at cybersecurity conferences, CISO forums, and industry events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell of new products and managed services.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT / cybersecurity solution sales or enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of SIEM, SOC, threat intelligence, endpoint security, network security, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, RBI, NIST, etc.).
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent network among CISOs, CIOs, and IT heads in the BFSI and enterprise domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
