Your focus will be on ensuring the protocol remains modular, secure, and capable of supporting complex integrations such as real world assets and custom pricing logic for market makers.

- Proven track record of leading technical teams within the blockchain or high frequency trading sectors.
- Deep technical mastery of Ethereum Virtual Machine and Solidity smart contract development.
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying complex decentralized protocols or financial exchange systems.
- Strong understanding of oracle integrations and how to mitigate risks associated with price feeds.
- Ability to bridge the gap between complex mathematical financial modeling and scalable software engineering.
- Prior experience managing the full software development lifecycle from initial white paper to mainnet launch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate the fast paced and evolving regulatory landscape of decentralized finance.
- Excellent communication skills to represent the technical roadmap to both internal stakeholders and the wider community.
