The RoleZenith is seeking a Head of Regional Sales (MEA) to drive strategic expansion across the GCC, with primary focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this executive will lead Zenith’s market growth, government engagement, and multimillion-dollar program delivery across one of the world’s most dynamic security environments.
Key Accountabilities- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with Zenith’s growth objectives.
- Lead high-level engagements with Ministries of Interior, law enforcement, and homeland security agencies across KSA and GCC.
- Manage full lifecycle: pipeline development, bid and proposal management, high-stakes negotiation, and closure of complex projects.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional sales force.
- Establish and deepen strategic alliances with leading system integrators and security partners.
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership within Homeland Security, Security Technology, or Defense.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable success in the GCC, with direct experience engaging KSA MOI.
- Proven track record in structuring and closing multimillion-dollar government security contracts.
- Strong professional networks across security, defense, and law enforcement communities in the region.
- Master’s degree (Business or Engineering), MBA preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
