The Job

You will be joining our high-throttle Technology team as a laser-focused, proactive Portfolio Manager. This isn't just about maintenance; your mission is to spearhead the strategic planning and high-velocity coordination of our global iGaming product portfolio. Working at the intersection of engineering, QA, and delivery, you will be the engine room for our roadmaps—overseeing complex integrations and ensuring the flawless rollout of disruptive features.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product Portfolio Oversight: Curating a high-performance portfolio of iGaming products (casino, sports book) to dominate the market.
• Roadmap Management: Owning the cross-brand and cross-market roadmap, expertly balancing rapid feature launches with platform stability.

  Acting as the mission-control liaison between all technical and product teams to drive seamless implementation.
• Delivery Process Oversight: Defining and optimizing workflows, sprint priorities, and backlog grooming for maximum efficiency.
• Programme and Project Leadership: Providing decisive delivery plans, coordinating high-level stakeholders, and smashing project milestones.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partnering with CRM, marketing, commercial, and operations for synchronized go-to-market execution.
• Vendor Coordination: Managing elite relationships with third-party game studios and platform providers.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintaining real-time visibility on portfolio status, release schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Internal Communication: Providing high-impact updates to leadership on roadmap velocity and clearing potential blockers before they hit.

You are a rising star with 4–7 years of experience in portfolio, product, or delivery management, specifically within the iGaming or high-growth digital entertainment sector. You have a reputation for precision when coordinating with tech teams on backlog planning, technical scoping, and deployment tracking.

Your mindset is built for speed and process
; you live in Jira, Confluence, or  and breathe agile methodologies. You possess deep domain knowledge of casino/sports book ecosystems and game life cycles. Most importantly, you are a high-impact communicator with the technical acumen to hold your own in discussions about APIs, platform architecture, and complex escalations. You don't just manage; you drive.
