We are looking for an experienced professional with strong consulting, business analysis, and project delivery expertise to join our Digital team as a Consultant / Senior Consultant
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating proposals and delivering automation solutions across BPM, RPA, and related digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop high-quality proposals, solution documents, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Support pre-sales discussions, requirement clarifications, and value articulation.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design end-to-end automation solutions.

• Conduct detailed business process analysis, mapping, and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Identify automation opportunities across BPM, RPA, and workflow management.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive Agile or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and status meetings.

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or automation-led roles.
• Proven experience in proposal creation

• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Hands-on understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and life cycle.
• Experience working in a consulting or services-led environment.

• Exposure to Agentic Automation or next-generation AI-driven automation frameworks.
• Experience with K2
  , Ui Path , or Microsoft automation and workflow platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of process orchestration, citizen development, or intelligent automation stacks.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East for client engagements.
