Head Of Commercial

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling B2B tech platform that is transforming how the F&B supply chain operates across the region. They’re now hiring a Head of Commercial to own end-to-end commercial strategy, ecosystem development, and revenue growth.

This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a senior leadership position focused on building a digital-first commercial engine across marketplace, SaaS, and fintech products - positioning the platform as core infrastructure for the future of F&B.

• Owning and executing platform-led commercial strategy across multiple revenue lines
• Building and orchestrating a regional ecosystem (suppliers, regulators, technology partners, financial institutions)
• Driving new revenue streams, embedded finance initiatives, and business model innovation
• Full commercial P&L ownership, including pricing, margins, CLV, and monetisation
• Scaling automation, AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across GTM functions
• Leading regional expansion and supporting international market entry
• Building, leading, and developing a high-performance commercial organisation
• Representing the business with enterprise partners and at industry events

• 10+ years in senior commercial, growth, or revenue leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling B2B platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, or fintech businesses
• Strong understanding of MENA market dynamics and regulatory environments
• Track record in ecosystem-led growth, partnerships, and digital transformation
• Exposure to embedded finance, credit, or trade finance is a strong plus
• Arabic language skills preferred; regional and international travel expected
