Skill : Pega KYC CLM, CSA / CSSA

Description :

• 8+ years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
• Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect / CSSA Certification is highly desirable
• Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
• Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
• System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule Connects Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features

Technical

Skills:

• Experience in Pega KYC / CLM is mandatory.
• The candidates will act as a CLM / KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective
• Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions
• Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration

Functional

Skills:

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies

Soft Skills:

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, able to own and drive tasks without supervision and work collaboratively with teams across the organization
• Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to Senior and Executive management
