Project-based | Contract by scope | Fast-track approvals
We are looking for a senior approvals and development consultant in Dubai who can personally drive and close approvals with DEWA, DDA and the Developer.
This is not a PRO role and not a document coordinator.
This is a hands-on problem-solver role, working by project scope and deliverables, not by monthly presence.
Core Scope of Work- Coordination and follow-up on power-related matters
- Support for power capacity increase
- Alignment on technical requirements impacting approvals
- Active follow-ups and in-person coordination when required
- Management and closure of approvals and drawings across all project phases
- Handling comments, resubmissions and technical clarifications
- Accelerating approval cycles and unblocking stalled files
- Direct liaison with the Developer
- Approval of design decisions, deviations and technical interfaces
- Coordination of temporary power solutions
- Agreement and approval of dual power sources within the same premises
- Synchronising Developer requirements with DEWA and DDA constraints
- High responsiveness and permanent availability during active phases
- Fast in-person meetings and on-site visits when required
- Proactive issue identification and resolution
- Proven hands-on experience with DEWA, DDA and Developers
- Real track record of personally closing approvals
- Deep understanding of Dubai development and approval workflows
- Ability to operate under pressure and tight timelines
- Based in Dubai, available for immediate involvement
- Payment by scope, milestones and closed deliverables
- Power-related tasks
- High-operational involvement, not advisory-only
- Agreed per scope and complexity
- Success-based bonuses for fast-track or complex closures
- Potential long-term engagement for future project stages
