Senior UX/UI Designer

Role Overview
The Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end digital product experiences across complex, high-traffic platforms. This role goes beyond visual design—focusing on user research, problem framing, interaction design, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.
You will own design outcomes from discovery through delivery, contributing to both day-to-day product execution and long-term design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms, from discovery and ideation to final UI and handover
- Translate complex business, trading, or data-driven requirements into clear, intuitive user journeys and interfaces
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with product strategy
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize user needs
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, well-implemented, and delivered to a high standard
- Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints
- Review and refine designs based on feedback, performance data, and changing product requirements
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design feedback when required
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital product design roles
- Proven experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or systems (fintech, SaaS, data-heavy, or transactional products preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem solving, and high-quality UI execution
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and accessibility standards
- High proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (or equivalent)
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams alongside Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and consistency across large-scale products
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership and accountability
