Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Enterprise Agentic AI Platform The Opportunity

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the front lines of a next-generation Enterprise Agentic AI platform
. This is a role for builders who prioritise impact over process—engineers who thrive in ambiguity and care more about solving real problems than following rigid specifications.

You will serve as the critical bridge between a powerful AI core platform and the complex, high-stakes reality of enterprise operations. Rather than working from the sidelines, you will be embedded directly with internal teams and external enterprise partners, identifying friction points and delivering high-impact solutions at speed.

Your work will act as both proof-of-value and proof-of-possibility
, shaping customer outcomes while directly influencing the evolution of the core product.

• Lead the hands-on deployment of the platform within real-world enterprise environments.
• Rapidly understand operational complexity and design AI-driven solutions that deliver value in weeks, not months.

• Build, iterate, and ship production-quality code across the stack.
• Develop bespoke integrations, custom AI agents, and workflows that address immediate, high-impact use cases.

• Act as the primary feedback loop between the field and the core product team.
• Translate on-the-ground learnings into clear product requirements and platform improvements.

• Serve as the technical face of the platform in customer environments.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders by delivering tangible results and navigating complex organisational dynamics.

• Tackle a wide range of technical challenges, from optimising RAG pipelines and agent orchestration to integrating with legacy enterprise systems and building custom interfaces.
• Do whatever is required to ensure solutions land successfully.

• 5–8+ years of senior-level engineering experience
  , with a strong bias toward execution and real-world delivery.
• Experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing engineering roles
  , such as high-growth startups, mission-driven consultancies, or similar environments.
• Strong full-stack capability
  , with hands-on experience across modern web and backend technologies (e.g. React/Type Script, Python, Node.js).
• Practical, production-level experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
  .
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both executive and deeply technical audiences.
• A relentless bias for action, with founder-level ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in the UAE
  , with occasional regional travel for customer deployments.
