- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and ensure remote team alignment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in leading end-to-end IT projects is highly desirable
