We are a fast-growing online forex broker seeking a Meta PPC Specialist to own performance ads on Facebook and Instagram, from strategy and launch to analytics and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the Meta ads strategy for Facebook and Instagram to achieve acquisition, FTD, and ROI/ROAS targets in priority markets.
- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager, including objectives, bidding, budgets, placements, and tracking.
- Build and optimize full-funnel structures (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes) tailored to forex audiences and lifecycle stages.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and weekly, translating data into clear insights and concrete optimization actions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics (spend, leads, FTDs, CAC, LTV where available), presenting results and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to brief, test, and refresh ad creatives and video assets, avoiding fatigue and improving engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with Meta advertising policies, local regulations, and internal brand/risk guidelines for financial and forex ads.
- Research competitors’ Meta ads, audiences, funnels, and creatives to identify opportunities and new test ideas.
- Work with product CRM teams to improve landing pages, tracking, and lead-to-FTD conversion rates.
- Proactively identify scaling opportunities (new geos, segments, formats) and test new Meta features and best practices.
- 2-4+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (forex or crypto industry), ideally in lead generation or performance-driven environments.
- Experience running campaigns for forex, trading, financial services, or other restricted/regulated verticals is a must.
- Track record of hitting acquisition and ROI targets with medium to large monthly budgets on Meta platforms in the forex industry.
- Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixels/Conversions API, and attribution/reporting tools.
- Solid ability to work with data in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
- Understanding of performance marketing concepts (CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, funnels, cohorts, incrementality).
- Excellent written communication skills for clear briefs, ad copy testing, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and readiness to work independently.
- Meta certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
- Predictable volume of compliant, high-quality leads that convert to funded forex trading accounts at or below target CPL/CAC.
- Structured, test-driven campaign setup with clear hypotheses, documented experiments, and continuous improvement of key metrics over time.
