Role Overview
Senior New Gen Developer for a 6-month contractual remote role.
Lead workflow automation by developing and optimizing critical processes on the New Gen BPM platform, integrated with multiple enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop complex workflows (15–20 steps) using New Gen Omni Flow.
- Design digital forms with Arabic/English support and offline capability.
- Integrate with SAP, IBM Maximo, EMS, and 8+ other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure business rules, approvals, escalations, and role-based access.
- Optimize performance for 1000+ concurrent users with 2‑second response time.
- 5+ years of BPM/workflow development experience.
- 3+ years hands‑on New Gen platform expertise.
- Successful delivery of 2+ New Gen implementations.
- Strong enterprise integration experience.
